Becca, Adam and their 5-year-old daughter Acie are a perfect family until a tragic accident during a 4th of July celebration kills Adam. Struggling with the grieving process,Becky decides she needs to step away from the family farm and all its reminders of the life she once had. She leaves Acie with her grandfather Ben and visits with her old friend from school, June. With all the best intentions, June offers Becky plenty of distraction from her shattered family life. Fueled by her anger at God and loss of faith, Becky starts drinking heavily and making other self-destructive choices. Then, after Becky is arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct, Ben threatens to keep Acie until Becky sets herself right. A chance encounter in a bus station with a guitar-toting traveler gives Becky the inspiration she needs to reignite her faith and reunite her family.

When Peg discovers that her daughter has run away, she knows she has to find Maggie fast or they may never see each other again. Maggie’s skipping town becomes more than simply running away from home when she witnesses a crime simply by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Peg’s journey has difficulties of its own as she comes to terms with the dark secrets that led to Maggie’s fleeing.As Peg closes in on Maggie, the strength of their bond becomes evident. Before they reunite,they realize that that they’ve been running away for years, running away from the mother-daughter relationship that they are able to salvage before it’s too late. After retiring from his life as an outlaw, Nathaniel Reed (Trace Adkins) has settled down to a quaint family life with his wife Laura Lee. But Reed’s new, honest life is quickly interrupted when his old partner in crime Frank Bell shows up to inform Reed that US Marshal Woody Calhoun (Kim Coates) is out to kill them over an old grudge and he’s enlisted bounty hunter Bonnie Mudd to help. After a gun battle that supposedly kills Laura Lee, Reed flees to lead Bell and Sid Dalton (Judd Nelson) on a series of stagecoach robberies. As the men avoid Calhoun and become the most wanted outlaws in the West, Reed earns the nickname “Texas Jack.” Their careers as stagecoach robbers comes to an abrupt end when, Bell and Calhoun set a trap for Reed. Reed escapes, but not for long. Calhoun captures Laura Lee to draw Red out of hiding. In an intense shootout, Reed saves Laura Lee and Sid from Calhoun and clears his name. Based on a true story.
