Chief Martha Geiger is a cop who is determined to find Larsan, the man who is responsible for the kidnapping of two teen aged girls, Katie & Debra. The Chief uses the Amber Alert system as her greatest tool in catching the kidnapper. The girls play a psychological game with their kidnapper and are able to survive.
